Morning: Coming Home to Your Heart
We begin by getting you out of your head and back into your Heart, reconnecting you to what you actually want and what you're really here to do.
Expect dance breaks because real change doesn't happen in the mind alone. We need to get the body on board, too.
Between activations, you'll share and be witnessed by the other women in the room because some things you can only see about yourself when they're reflected back to you.
Farm-to-Table Lunch
A nourishing, beautiful meal together. Part of the experience, not a break from it.
Afternoon: Discovering Your Heart Codes
The afternoon is about rediscovering the unique parts of you that make you undeniable- the specific gifts that make you perfect for what you're here to do. So you stop questioning whether you're enough and start knowing that you are, simply by existing.
We'll connect those gifts to the work you're meant to do in the world, so you leave with clarity on not just who you are, but what you're here to create.
A tea and snack break in the afternoon to pause and integrate.
Throughout the day... spaciousness. Room to dance, to sit in breakout and mastermind circles with the other women, to be witnessed, and to let what's emerging actually land.
This felt like an invitation for honesty. I voiced desires I have only ever joked about. I embodied my truth in a way I had always envied in other women. Now, I feel clarity that I've always known, but been too afraid to admit to myself.
